Refund Policy

Refunds are handled in accordance with the Terms & Conditions of your Dominion account.

If you believe a card contribution was made in error or you require a refund, please contact our support team at account.services@dominion-cs.com within 7 days of the transaction. Refunds will only be considered where:

  • The funds have not yet been allocated to an investment product; and
  • The refund request complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and financial crime prevention laws.

Once processed, refunds will be made to the original funding source, unless otherwise required by law.

🔐 Dominion reserves the right to refuse a refund request where it conflicts with the account’s governing terms, regulatory obligations, or where the funds have already been invested.
